Please read these terms carefully before using our educational platform. Using the platform means your explicit agreement to all the provisions below to ensure a safe and distinguished educational environment.

Introduction and Definitions

These terms of service govern your electronic access to the Classti platform and all services and products provided through it. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. The word 'Platform' or 'we' refers to the Classti International Educational Institution, while 'User' or 'you' refers to any person who creates an account or accesses our educational content.

Subscriptions and Payments

Some services are available for recurring subscription fees. Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless cancelled 24 hours before the end of the current period. All prices include applicable taxes as required by local laws.

Account Security

The user is fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and password. Any activity carried out through the account must be reported immediately. Users are prohibited from sharing login credentials with third parties.

Intellectual Property and Content

All educational materials, including videos, texts, tests, and software designs are the exclusive property of EduScholars and are protected under international copyright laws.

The user is granted a limited, non-transferable license to access educational content for personal educational purposes only. Copying, distributing, or reverse engineering any part of the platform is strictly prohibited.

Commitment to mutual respect in interactive discussion spaces and educational training.

Not posting any promotional content or unauthorized external links within lessons.

Refraining from using any automated tools or 'crawling' software to extract data from the platform.
