Classti feature
ZATCA e-invoicing for schools, from onboarding to cleared invoice
Classti connects your school branch to the e-invoicing system, and invoices are issued from the same fees module, so the accountant needs no separate tool and no double entry.

What your school gains
Guided onboarding
The onboarding steps on the ZATCA portal (business data, request, one-time code, compliance checks) run inside the platform.
Automatic invoices for online payments
When an online payment completes, a simplified tax invoice is issued and reported automatically.
Credit notes for refunds
A full or partial refund produces a credit note linked to the original invoice.
A clear status list
Every invoice with its status (reported, cleared, warning, rejected, failed), with search and filters.
Tax treatment per line
Tuition is treated according to the student's nationality and the school's settings.
Settings per branch
A separate tax number, address and certificates for each branch, with certificate renewal.
How it works
- 1
Enter your business data
Legal name, tax number, national address and the invoice types you issue.
- 2
Connect to ZATCA
With the one-time code from the ZATCA portal the onboarding steps run until the module is active.
- 3
Issue and report
Online payments are invoiced automatically, and school invoices are issued from the invoices module.
- 4
Follow the statuses
Review rejected or failed invoices; the system resends failed ones automatically.
